How do I place an order?

Browse the book you want, add it to your cart, and click Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your phone number and shipping address, choose Cash on Delivery, and place the order. You will receive an order number on screen — keep it for tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Orders inside Dhaka are typically delivered within 2–3 working days. Outside Dhaka, please allow 3–7 working days depending on your district.

What is the shipping charge?

A flat ৳50 shipping charge applies to all orders, regardless of the number of books in the order.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — if you receive a damaged, wrong or defective book you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns page for details.

How do I track my order?

Open the Track Order page, enter the order number we showed you at checkout and the phone number you used. The current status (pending, processing, shipped, delivered) will be displayed.

Are these the original Joykoly books?

Yes. All books sold here are genuine, latest editions published directly by Joykoly Publications Ltd.

Can I order in bulk for a coaching center or library?

Absolutely. Please contact us at info@joykoly.com with the list of titles and quantities — we can arrange a special quote and delivery plan.

I cannot find a specific book — what do I do?
